Shipping policy

Digital Patterns:

Immediate digital delivery of PDF patterns. You can download on the checkout page after submitting your order, or from a link sent to the email you provided at checkout after purchase. No physical products will be shipped to you. If you experience any problems accessing your PDF downloadable files, please email me at: casey@sewworthymama.com

Given the digital nature PDFs, we do not offer refunds on PDF patterns. As such, you agree not to raise a dispute with your financial institution and/or credit card provider for Products you purchased and which we granted you access to. View the full refund policy, here.

Paper Patterns:

Paper patterns will ship in a padded envelope via USPS. Ground shipping is available, applied at checkout. All physical items will be shipped within 1 business day. Delivery is expected within 4-6 business days from your order date, however fluctuations in the speed of delivery caused by internal USPS volume do occur and are out of the control of Sew Worthy Mama.

Wholesale Paper Patterns:

Wholesale orders will ship in a USPS Flat Rate branded padded envelope. Flat rate shipping is applied at checkout. Please allow 1 business day after placing your order for your order to ship. First Class delivery is expected in 1-3 business days after your order is shipped. If you need faster delivery, please email me at casey@sewworthymama.com
