Refund policy

Given the digital nature of our pattern products, we do not offer refunds. As such, you agree not to raise a dispute with your financial institution and/or credit card provider for Products you purchased and which we granted you access to. You agree to make timely and full payments to Sew Worthy Mama for your purchase.

If there is a problem with your paper pattern order, please contact me at casey@sewworthymama.com. I'd be glad to help you resolve the issue.

If you'd like to see a sample of my pattern writing before you make a purchase, I recommend choosing one of my free patterns to download. You'll be able to see for yourself that my patterns have clear instructions, helpful graphics, and correct yardage and measurements. All free patterns are available in The Stash.
