Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What are the table dimensions? The top is 48" wide by 72" long. It's 33.5" tall. For reference, standard kitchen countertop height is 36". I find that having the table just a couple inches shorter than that gives me more ability to press down when rotary cutting.
  2. Can I make it taller or add wheels? You can certainly modify the design to your liking, but I do not have instructions to make it taller or to add wheels. If you make changes, I'd love to hear how it goes!
  3. Where do you get the metal base for the shelves? The shelf linked in the guide comes with the metal base. It's important to use this shelf to get the right table height.
  4. Can I use the batting end for a desk instead? Yes! Follow the directions for the support legs, but just skip drilling the hole for the batting rod, and pull up a tall chair!
